As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. You will discuss consequences of changes in products and processes for the team in the manufacturing organization.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
· Developing and implementing production methods
· Recommending and implementing improvements in the production process
· Overseeing manufacturing engineering activities in assembly, welding, machining, milling and turning operations
· Providing product support, manufacturing support, and failure analysis
· Identifying and deploying lean tools & Six Sigma methodologies throughout the organization
· Designing special tooling and fixtures for field, manufacturing and engineering use
· Maintaining and improving all factory processes and related metrics (production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities and others as needed)
· Creating and maintaining manufacturing Instructions, route sheets and other process documentation
Fuel your Passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
· Have minimum 4 years experience in similar field
· Demonstrate working proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD & offline CNC programming
· Be a Six Sigma green belt
· Have project management experience
