As Manager, Underwriting and Claims Assistance Centre, you’ll engage your team whose mandate is to gather, analyze and interpret a variety of information in order to assist clients with their new insurance applications or insurance claims (life, disability and critical illness). You’ll help with your team’s development by providing regular coaching so they can support clients and simplify the insurance process, while offering a superior client experience.
Your role
You’ll also carry out various end-to-end projects that impact different sectors including your team, the underwriting and insurance claims team and the Client Contact Centre.
You’ll be responsible for a team that is transforming where the roles of 12 agents and 3 coaches are changing. You’ll report to the Manager, Underwriting and Claims Assistance.
