The opportunity
Our Cyber Security Managers lead in the design, transformation and implementation of security solutions for our client’s digital solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead project teams of 2-10 consultants to deliver excellent outcomes for clients in Australia’s banking, fintech, insurance and wealth management sectors
- Our projects cover a range of challenges, including governance and risk, awareness, third parties, privacy, solutions, and cyber transformation. They are part of broader team of Cyber consultants, covering a range services within other sectors, Asia Pacific, and the world.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience in managing project teams of consultants assisting clients with cyber security, information security and/or privacy challenges
- A track record of delivering quality security and/or privacy outcomes for your clients
- An understanding of managing teams and projects to budget and deadlines
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with Information Security domains – in particular, one or more of the following: Cyber Strategy & Architecture, Cyber Risk Management, Cyber Detection & Response, Cyber Threat Exposure Management, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, Infrastructure Security, Privacy, Cyber Resilience and Breach Support. This experience should include either advisory or implementation experience.
- Experience in assessing and/or implementing one more of the following security and risk standards: ISO 27001-2, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, APRA CPS 234, ASD Essential 8-35, IRAP, ITIL, COBIT, PSPF, AS/NZS 4360
- At least 4 years of professional experience in cyber security related roles – ideally with a Big 4 consulting background or large IT/Security professional services firm
