Job Description

As a Manager, Practice Management, you will act as an individual contributor and a privileged guide for Wealth Advisors and their teams to inspire, guide and support them in their transformation by focusing on business processes and behaviors with the objective of optimizing efficiencies, the client experience and our value to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business coach and professional reference for Wealth Advisors. 
  • Develop coaching plans to help Wealth Advisors achieve their business goals throughout their career.
  • Provide team, group and individual coaching.
  • Develop high performance teams through integration and team dynamics.
  • Design, develop and create programs, training and tools for Wealth Advisors and their teams on all aspects of their practice.

    • Quality financial advice
    • Business development
  • Facilitate training and co-development (peer-to-peer) sessions.
  • Provide support to Wealth Advisors.
  • Monitor and research industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and quantify the results of trainings and coaching sessions.
  • Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives.

Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products
  • Professional CFP, Pl. Fin. or CFA designation, an asset
  • Experience in insurance and financial planning, an asset
  • Ability to seize business opportunities and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to gain the trust of your partners
  • Experience in business development and managing business relationships
  • Excellent influential skills
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English/French), essential
