As a People Advisory Services professional, you’ll work with clients to support them in the development and implementation of effective people and change strategies. About the opportunity In your role as a Manager within People Advisory Services you’ll lead and manage small teams in: • Design and implementation of change management strategies, incorporating the critical elements of stakeholder engagement, organisation alignment, learning and business readiness • Operating model re-design and the development and implementation of detailed organisation design • Workforce planning, people transition, talent management and capability development • HR transformation, including operating model and service delivery redesign to deliver effective and efficient HR services to internal stakeholders About you We’re looking for people with the following experience: • Significant and practical experience in the people-related aspects of large scale organisational transformations, particularly in the areas of change management, operating model and organisation design • Proven leadership and collaboration skills •Experience in managing small teams in the delivery of people related projects • Curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo • Experience in Big 4 consulting environment highly desirable About us EY is a global professional services organisation providing advisory, assurance, tax and transaction services.
