Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

The Performance Management plays a critical role within the European Client Experience team, to ensure a high standard of internal performance measurements and reporting for the PaCE. You will be supporting the both the Performance Management and Client Readiness team as well as the Client Acceptance team, with the variety of European RBC initiatives. This will require proactively engaging with PaCE and wider team, client coordination and change management. You will support delivery of PaCE reporting which includes the global Client Satisfaction report, Due Diligence report as well as any ad-hoc requests.

What will you do?

Provide a summary to senior leaders as to why client RAG statuses have changed. This will require liaising with client-facing staff and looking for trends.

Ensure the timely delivery of the weekly, monthly and exception reporting. This includes, European CX lead updates weekly, monthly Business Updates, monthly CX IS OC updates and monthly Due Diligence report.

Run the Client Satisfaction report monthly

Support the successful delivery of RBC initiatives and other regional projects. This will include;

Proactively identify, investigate and resolve issues or risks with recommendations for resolution. Assist in implementing any action plans and proactively manage through to completion alongside others in the business to ensure best performance. Contribute to all project’s documentation ensuring safe delivery into the business.

Must have:

Experience in a similar role working on low-medium complexity or lower risk projects

Detail-oriented team player who is has demonstrated ability to influence process improvement

Interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, management, colleagues and staff

Success driven and Innovative

Demonstrate creative problem solving and collaborative approach to all aspects of the role

Impeccable organizational and time management skills

Simplifying Complex Issues Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts
