What is the opportunity?

Join our growing RBC Royal Trust team. In this role, you will manage and oversea specialized reporting for RBC Royal Trust business consisting of client consolidated reporting packages, Court passing documentation and other client reporting as required ensuring accuracy and provided in a timely manner. What will you do?

  • Manage the availability and assignment of required resources to engagements.
  • Manage client relationships (Internal) to ensure that service expectations are managed and met. May be required to meet with external parties such as lawyers while preparing court passing documents for passing of accounts.
  • Solicit client feedback and recommends new / enhanced process to create operational efficiencies.
  • Assure competence, attention to detail and availability of resources to support services and capabilities.
  • Ensures delivery of reporting packages on schedule
  • Oversees team performance

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Basic accounting skills
  • Strong skills with Microsoft office, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Can set priorities to deal with very high volumes

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of French
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Trust and Estate accounting practices
  • Knowledge of court passings across all provinces
