 Job Duties / Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to perform tasks such as the following:

• Lead and provide Joint Use day-to-day support for the Bell team as it relates to new agreement creation and implementation as well as general Joint Use support with Interpretation of joint use agreements.
• Build relationships with utilities, act as point of contact/SME for utility related matters, JU standards, and new agreements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Project and Bell success
• Act as the utility partners liaison and SME for various contracts where utilities are impacted by third parties including Support Structure Agreements (SSA)
• Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives related to Joint Use and Access Engineering.
• Support Capital Management and Financial Teams with in Bell

 Critical Requirements / Competencies:

• Minimum 3 yrs. experience in Access Network
• Project management experience
• Experience coaching and motivating others
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent (advanced) English language skills (oral and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task/time manage/prioritize
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
• Demonstrated ability to inspire employee involvement and teamwork

Preferred Requirements / Competencies:

• Prior management / supervisory experience
• Knowledge of outside plant installation, maintenance, or construction
• Knowledge of other Bell Canada systems-SAP, Legends, Network Engineer, Martens
• PC Proficient – Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
