Manager, Investment Marketing

Job Description

• Project manage: run meetings, obtain stakeholder approvals, track deliverables to keep projects running on time and create new or update existing marketing materials
• Create and execute marketing plans for product launches, leveraging partners, opportunities and tactics to align to business priorities
• Promote key messages, events and content using multiple tools (i.e. Marketing Cloud, Aventri and other platforms)
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders such as sales, product, digital, design, and compliance and identify and execute on brand building opportunities
• Manage production, translation and approval process of product pieces, national and regional programs and campaigns and complete thorough proofing/ review of all materials
• Analyze metrics and proactively make recommendations to have a greater impact to the business (i.e. improve efficiency, reduce costs and/or provide a better brand experience)
• Use various tools and technologies as part of internal processes in managing projects (Wrike or familiarity with other project management platforms)
• Assist with drafting/writing investment copy for website, emails, programs, campaigns, etc.

Job Summary

The Investment Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives to drive sales, engagement and leads. As a brand ambassador, you will focus on building brand awareness through product and event support, content and campaigns. You will be an active participant in developing marketing plans, executing tactics for fund launches, supporting investment themes and digital activities to drive engagement. A successful candidate is a self starter with an investment background, digital mindset, strong communication and project management skills.

This role works directly with RBC Global Asset Management‘s Enterprise Distribution Strategy channel, who supports RBC advisors and financial planners across Canada
