 What you’ll do:

Here at EY you’ll work with a team of amazing Technologists and Health sector enthusiasts who are always growing, learning, and adapting, in and out of the office. Technology is changing the world, and we’re at the centre of it all. You will lead teams of high performing professionals who are passionate about how healthcare is transforming through digital, solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions to the sector. They love the opportunity to learn and contribute to the best techniques and approaches that support the sector make positive changes to the way they work, plan and deliver services, leveraging advancements changing Health Technology environment.

 On your first day, we'd love for you to have:

  • A career within Health and digital hospital / health services environments
  • Good knowledge on how digital is enabling the future of health and wellbeing services
  • Demonstrated understanding of patient pathways and clinical workflows,
  • Proven experience delivering quality services, projects and change to frontline health services/clinical settings.
  • Proven experience within Clinical Systems Program and Technology Delivery
  • Knowledge of Agile and Traditional PM Methodologies with examples of direct experience
  • Proven experience leading teams, growing new capabilities and supporting individual development
  • IT business case, digital strategy and roadmap development
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work requirements across all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing
  • SDLC from requirements through to testing and roll out.
  • Australian Citizenship is required

 It's great, but not required, if you have:

  • Consulting experience
  • PMP, Scrum Master certification, SAFe, or other equivalent certifications
  • CHIA or informatics will be highly advantageous
