About the team
The BBM & Wholesale Revenue Assurance team is responsible for identifying & correcting unbilled and under-billed revenues across the various BBM & Wholesale products and lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrating yourself with a team of dedicated, highly experienced business professionals
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (billing expertise teams, product teams, business offices, etc.) across multiple business units to personally drive financial results, to document and help correct business process gaps, and to assist with root cause analysis.
- Closing revenue gaps with minimal oversight - initiating, leading, and taking ownership of your own projects.
Critical Qualifications
- Business office expertise and deep knowledge of Bell's systems and processes relating to quoting, ordering, provisioning, inventory, and billing.
- Ability to dig deeply into business issues, conceptualize solutions, and develop logical, repeatable, maintainable, and effective long-term solutions
- Self-motivated and able to thrive independently on a small team.
- Results-oriented and finance-oriented mindset and background.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the Wholesale ordering, provisioning, inventory, and billing systems and processes, including MoneyMap, SmartPath, EOM, NIBS, NM1.
- Existing relationships with BBM and Wholesale ordering, provisioning, inventory, and billing teams.
- Proven history of delivering significant value to an organization via identifying process gaps and driving process improvements.
- History of assisting multiple business units with medium and long-term process enhancements.
- History of revenue assurance, revenue recognition, and/or Cost reduction.
