Job Description

Our business consulting finance team is a diverse global network of consultants and industry professionals with a growth mindset and is characterised by a collaborative culture.  Your key responsibilities

  • Leading finance function transformation and change projects and programs (covering areas such as strategy, process, people, technology, and data)
  • Leading and supervising current state assessments and future state design and implementation
  • Being a direct point of contact for client and team, speaks to client regularly about future trends and manages day to day engagement activities
  • Improving commitment and engagement of team members, while focusing on the achievement of their goals
  • Enabling the business development process by managing a bid response process - gathering appropriate resources, gaining access to key contacts, supervising proposal writing and driving progress to completion

 Skills and attributes for success

  • Significant experience in a finance performance environment, either in consulting or in industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to provide insights on technology implementations (such as Microsoft, SAP, Blackline, Anaplan) and emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning or AI and it’s impact on a finance function
  • Strong project management experience, including stakeholder management
  • Worked collaboratively in a diverse team, adopts appropriate coaching techniques to meet the various needs of team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling delivery of exceptional quality reporting
  • Have a mindset built on owning what you are responsible for & willing to go the extra mile

 Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A finance related degree
  • CA/CPA/CIMA qualification (or the ambition of obtaining it)
