Manager, Finance – Capital Markets Project Advisory
Job Description
Responsible for the financial governance, reporting, and advisory for the Cash management Program.
Provide day to day financial support, cost management advice and projects controls to program leadership
Proliferate the use of technologies and automation to create scale and standardization across projects
Represent CM Finance Senior Leadership across the firm by helping to create materials for their governance forums (e.g. Steering Committees, Executive Committees).
Support the development of business case financials and analysis to ensure alignment with CM priorities
Correspond with third party vendors / consultants, address escalations and resolution of issues
Building subject matter expertise on all cost lines and opportunities that can be used to further support cost saving initiatives across the firm
Leading the forecasting and plan process for non-interest expense (NIE) financials
Job Summary
The Manager, Finance – Capital Markets Project Advisory will support large and transformative projects through best in-class financial management and advisory capabilities. The incumbent will build strong connectivity with the PMO and align their efforts to support strategic initiatives and enhancing Finance’s partnership with the RBC Capital Markets (CM) business - delivering exceptional financial analysis and play a pivotal role in CM Finance’s capabilities to support CM’s strategic priorities around productivity and efficiency.
