About the role

Joining SW as a Manager n the SW Assurance and Advisory Division, you will be joining a well-established team of professionals and feel right at home.

You will be responsible for the effective management and administration of SW audit clients and the management and development of a team of auditing staff.  You will bring you must be technically proficiency and up to date with auditing, accounting standards and auditing systems/processes/technology to SW and been keen to share your expertise with the team.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Management and administration of a portfolio of ShineWing clients.
• Providing leadership, support and resources to team members to empower them to perform to their maximum capacity
• Planning and organising staff and resources to meet client and Firm commitments
• Identifying and developing existing and potential business opportunities and developing these into profitable outcomes for the Firm.
• Being an active member of the Assurance Management Team

Skills and experience

Key to your success in this role is some great experiences and skills you have collected over your career. We are keen to hear from you if could bring the following to the role:

• A minimum of five years’ experience working in an Assurance environment in a Chartered / CPA accounting practice with prior staff management experience.
• Be a fully qualified CA/CPA.
• Be technically proficient and up to date with auditing and accounting standards developments.
• Mandarin speaking skills, whilst not essential, would be looked upon favourably
• Solid previous exposure to and have developed good working relationships with clients.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet audit deadlines for multiple clients.
• Excellent staff leadership skills and prior experience in managing a group of people.

The salary for this role is from $80,000-$100,000 plus superannuation
