Our client has engaged us exclusively to recruit this exciting opportunity. The Manager Employee Experience along with their team will provide insightful and targeted people related data, analysis and reporting to the P&C team and up to the Board.
The role
• Responsible for leading and delivering the remuneration and reward framework
• Set up and develop informative and insightful people reporting analytics systems and processes
• Ensure your team has a good understanding of the business to enable them to provide effective support and credible fit-for-purpose services and information
• Responsible for leading and delivering the remuneration and reward frameworks, including supporting the refresh of the remuneration framework
• Support and integrate strategies and initiatives for diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing and Te Ao Maori into all Employee Insights and Reward activities
About you
• Relevant experience with HRIS and Reward and Recognition systems
• Team leadership experience
• A track record of producing engaging, high quality and informative reporting and analysis of people information for a range of audiences
