A career as an SME Account Manager at Flex Business means being part of a dynamic team surrounded by experts. It also means taking care of contractor customers who contact Flex Business and references received from our partners. You ensure the growth of the client portfolio while effectively serving SME customers wishing to receive remote advice. It is through your passion in business development and your experience in customer service that you will create a relationship of trust by phone and you will develop our small to medium-sized commercial clientele. You will quickly be a privileged guide in all their financial projects.
Your role
Ensure an advisory role in line with customer needs
Analyze credit reports, develop financing scenarios and propose appropriate solutions
Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients
Implement and follow up on the recommendations made by the various specialists of the Bank and its subsidiaries, promoting the development of profitable business
Take charge of your personal development, both in terms of the evolution of your skills and your knowledge of the economic aspects surrounding the SME
Reporting to the Sales and Services Director, Flex Business, you collaborate daily with a team of 90 experts. You must be available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

Required skills:
Holder of a bachelor's, university certificate or master's degree, based on academic achievements, a minimum of three to seven years' experience in business development
Experience in individual or corporate financing
Negotiation skills
Ability to communicate effectively in French and English
Privileged skills :
Customer contact center experience
Knowledge of commercial products
Excellent ability to work in a team and in customer service
