What is the Opportunity?

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting transformational change initiatives that enhance employee engagement and raise the bar in driving change. You’ll work in partnership with cross-functional teams to build and implement change readiness strategies as part of the multi-year transformation of RBC Internal Audit. You will apply best practice change methodologies to a variety of projects, driving alignment and coordination.

What will you do?

• Planning and executing strategic activities, reviewing and communicating results, identifying gaps and new opportunities, communicating recommendations and monitoring effectiveness
• Contributing to the development of change management strategies, including conducting assessments and collaborating with stakeholders on transition plans to drive awareness, faster adoption, and greater sustained change
• Participating in workshops and meetings to identify impact risks, anticipate issues and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
• Reporting on change and readiness progress, identifying issues and developing solutions with business partners
• Support planning and delivery of town halls, leadership forums and other employee engagement events (virtual and in-person)

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience leading/supporting transformational change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills

Nice-to-have:

• Working knowledge or experience in financial services
