What is the Opportunity?
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting transformational change initiatives that enhance employee engagement and raise the bar in driving change. You’ll work in partnership with cross-functional teams to build and implement change readiness strategies as part of the multi-year transformation of RBC Internal Audit. You will apply best practice change methodologies to a variety of projects, driving alignment and coordination.
