What is the opportunity?

As Manager, business Intelligence & Information Management, you will lead and enhance existing production processes and strengthen governance model to mitigate operational risks, while also providing superior support.

What will you do?

• Establish thorough business and technical understanding on existing reports
• Provide timely delivery of reports and communicate any impacts and delays to stakeholders
• Conduct thorough investigations, identify cause of any production issues  and resolve them independently 
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual steps and optimize code performance
• Lead end-to-end enhancement, automation or decommission projects including planning, communication, development, testing and documentation
• Become subject matter expert on existing infrastructure and associated tools and processes
  (SQL Server, Teradata, SAS, Tableau, OBI, Stonebranch, Unix/Linux Server, Data Lake)
• Provide timely delivery of production requests in enabling successfully release of downstream metric
• Continuously learn, document, share best practices and reinforce guidelines
• Identify gaps in existing governance model and lead its change management with manager support

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have  

• Expert level SQL capability
• Proficient in Python, SAS
• Working experience with OBI, Tableau, Shell Scripting and Data Lake
• Soft skills: quick learner, time management, problem solving
