Job Role:
- Review of CM deliverables
- Knowledge of relevant regulations like Companies Act, SEBI ICDR, SEBI Debt Regulations, Guidance notes etc.
- Should have good level of technical knowledge / judgment / ability to develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on issues
- Should have an eye to detail. Capable to balance multiple priorities by considering risk, importance, level of urgency and other linkages.
- Should be a team player
