Job Description

Your role

  • Oversee the smooth running of administrative, operational and first-level IT issues in the branch on a daily branch basis
  • Be a contact person for investment and HR policy assistants and advisors
  • Manage operational staff a leadership role in the evaluation and performance management of operational and administrative staff
  • Coordinate and actively participate in the integration of new employees
  • Be a key person for the communication and support of head office and regional management initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date branch compliance records
  • Coordinate, implement and act as an agent of change in special projects initiated by the head office or regional management

As a leader, you will report directly to the Vice-President and Regional Manager. You will be based at the Quebec City branch. 

This position requires you to be present in the workplace in order to fulfil client and operational needs. Compétences requises

  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in personnel management, coaching and staff training
  • Recognized financial expertise in Processes, Products, Applications and Office Suite
  • Compliance and change management expertise
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and positive attitude skills

Compétences souhaitées

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Standards of Conduct Manual (IMC) Course
