Ko tÄ mÄtou mahi - Our Role
The Manager - Administration and Reporting is responsible for leading a team of Project Support Professionals that provide accurate and complete project coordination for the delivery teams, ensuring KÄinga Ora processes, procedures and systems are maintained and enhanced to enable oversight, review and reporting.
In addition, the role ensures that the wider Programme Team is supported in its functions and effectively manages a range of operational activities. Furthermore, the role actively looks to continuously improve the processes and tools in place to support the delivery of homes.
The Manager - Administration and Reporting is a member of the Programme Leadership Team and provides guidance to the wider Programme Team in relation to their operational activities. It also ensures the Programme Director has visibility of issues arising to enable informed decisions and communications to the Programme Team or the Construction and Innovation Group.

LEADERSHIP:
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enabling compliance with KÄinga Ora practices and frameworks relating to all aspects of the project lifecycle managed by the Programme Team.
Monitor delivery forecasts against SPE targets to ensure deliverables are achieved. Ensure early escalation of any significant risks identified.
Authoring, compiling and managing content of reports to monitor progress against targets for diverse audiences in multiple formats.
Produce and analyse information, identifying opportunities and/or trends to inform decision making across the business group.
Recognise issues, work to pinpoint causality and solve complex problems in a change rich environment.
Actively participate in working groups to identify, develop, implement and champion proposed changes.
Ensuring that new software rollouts are implemented effectively, creating accompanying business processes and providing oversight and quality assurance of data.
Identify or define new systems or processes that affect the business unit. Investigate, assess and quantify the action required to implement change.
Advise on and beta test automated reporting. Provide context and operational understanding to data.
