We are currently seeking a qualified Management Accountant to work on a full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.

The primary objective of this position is to support the accounting function of the business. Assist with preparation of all statutory reporting requirements, assistance with ad hoc reports as requested. Preparing and generating all sales, logistics and expenditure efficiency reports on a continual basis.
Keys Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Prepare sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
- Budgeting and reporting.
- Assist in conducting analysis, profitability reports and present accurate data and financial analysis to internal customers.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
- Support auditing projects.
- Review, develop, and implement financial systems, processes, financial models, and reports to provide reliable and useful financial information for the various departments and management.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Comply with all policies of the Company, which are in place from time to time.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Analysis trends and financial performance across the business.
- Play a support role in compiling the annual budget with senior management.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
- Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Skills Requirement:
- Relevant bachelor or above qualification in Administration/Accounting/Commerce or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in project cost planning, scheduling, and development of Financial Reports
- MS Office skills i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Sound knowledge of costing/management accounting practices
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Self-motivated, confident, ability to work under own initiative, and great attention to detail
We are offering:
Salary base between AUD 65K to 85K (depending on qualifications/experience), plus superannuation.
