We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber who understands the maintenance of multistorey buildings with pumps, controllers, and water storage. We have a team of maintenance plumbers who look after the essential services for residential and commercial buildings and sites. This role will form part of our infield maintenance plumbing team. If you like the variety of solving complex problems one minute and the ease of a simple fix, across varied sites which include the roof tops of the tallest skyscrapers through to our lovely beaches, this is the role for you.

The successful candidate will have:

• WA registered plumber;
• >3 years’ experience in maintenance plumbing;
• WA (manual) drivers licence;
• Strong communication skills;
• Commercial pump maintenance experience;
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment;
• Provide a neat & tidy, top level service at all times;
• Strong electronic & computer skills;
• Ability to provide clear & concise reports;
• Located Perth metropolitan & surrounding areas.

It would be an advantage for the preferred candidate to also have some or all of the following:

• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Accredited ATU servicing ticket
• Qualified RPZ service ticket
• Open drivers’ licence
• Tickets to operate diggers and/ or excavators
• Tickets for confined space entry, working at heights, and with elevated platforms

 We pay above the award, plus as an industry first, we also provide an efficiency bonus based off your ability to complete the works in the provide times. More than half of our tradies receive a bonus, over and above their basic salary each fortnight. Your basic salary will be base on your experience, but as a guide you can expect to earn over $80,000. Furthermore, overtime will be available and is uncapped. The usual tools of trade, vehicle, phone, and tablet will be provided. We do provide specialty tools, however we expect qualified trades people to provide their own basic / usual tools.
