Our facilities to the west of Melbourne are truly impressive. Our teams work hard to ensure food safety is our priority by resolving problems efficiently, effectively and thinking outside the box to troubleshoot, while maintaining a safe working environment. 

In this role you will work closely with Technicians and Operational teams to ensure the automated facilities and systems have maximum performance and availability.  You will be hands on with a team of Operators to ensure the continued operation of the facility.   Its a high volume very impressive facility!

Responsibilities will include: 

• Undertaking proactive and reactive operational tasks
• Being responsible for proper functioning of the hardware and software component of the supply chain process
• Proactively identifying any risks and taking corrective measures
• Ensuring OHS, Environmental and Quality compliance to an uncompromising level
• The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Assisting with maintenance activities on site
• Complete maintenance and safety reports and take the appropriate action to ensure the system operates to maximum efficiency
• An eye for detail, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

• A mechanical mindset and capability
• Ability to follow work instructions
• Be comfortable working at heights
• Be comfortable working some of the time in a cold store 
• Computer competency, physical strength and flexibility to work in a high volume fast past facility 
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• To work effectively within a team as well as by yourself
