 About the role:

We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator with a background in the construction industry or building maintenance to join the Climber team. This position will work closely with the Property Managers, clients, and external maintenance team to provide high-quality administrative support to the company's maintenance activities and maintenance programme, ensuring that a range of maintenance activities are planned and scheduled efficiently.

  • Input and maintain data on all relevant software.
  • Raise and schedule quoting and work orders.
  • Complete on-site property condition inspections and generate reports.
  • Raise purchase orders, and ensure administrative functions are processed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Portfolio Managers to resolve tenant’s maintenance requests.
  • Adept at the work towards achieving the results or objective.
  • Invoicing customers and accounts receivable.
  • Conduct daily performance reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, tenants, and contractors.
  • Undertake service customer feedback surveys to ensure that completed repairs are effective and of good quality.
  • Keen to take on general office administrative duties.
