What you'll be doing

Opportunity for a Logistics & Purchasing Administrator to join a wholesale business based in Richmond. This role will support the supply chain team and report to the National Operations Manager.

Responsibilities will include managing the business' inbound international freight functions by facilitating communication between internal business departments, external suppliers and service providers.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Knowledge of international logistics practices
• High attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Strong communication, time management and personal organisation skill
• Experience in managing inventory across multiple sites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in core software systems Microsoft Office, MYOB or similar and various vendor and customer portals
• Strong Excel Skills essential - Pivot table / Lookups as minimum
• Quick & Agile Learner
