Qualifications by job position

- Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher related fields

- Experience working in factories and warehouse management and logistics at least 2 years

- Good leadership skills, good use of Microsoft office computers, patience, responsible for work as well.

- Able to communicate in English

Job Responsibilities

- Liaise with sales and marketing departments to receive customer orders

- Prepare documents related to international shipping such as Commercial Invoice, Performa invoice, Packing list

- Contact work with Shipping/Forwarder and transport contractors to reserve containers and transport vehicles to complete the delivery plan

- Verify the correctness of the documents used in the delivery of all products.

- Verify the cut off of products from the system to be correct and in accordance with the documents

- Collaborate with troubleshooting teams to ensure delivery of goods is possible as planned.

- Report on performance, problems of the department to the supervisor

- Other tasks assigned
