The role

Working full-time or part-time as a Lead Rehabilitation Consultant you will be using your specialist and technical expertise to manage your client’s return to work journey back to work and back to life after a period of injury or illness. As a Lead Consultant, you will be focused on growing Workcover WA referrals utilising your current network of state insurers.

In this role, you will….

• Develop networks and relationships with state insurers to increase Workcover WA referrals
• Utilise your clinical skills in a variety of ways across functional education and training and ADLs across multiple schemes
• Work collaboratively with insurers on complex injuries, discharge planning and return to work
• Using award winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great return to work outcomes
• Providing preventative support to large corporate and Govt customers in the corporate well-being space

• Strong experience and knowledge within Workcover WA
• Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
