Sign Installer with lead hand experience for outdoor signage.

Sign Installer Responsibilities:

• Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to the site location safely.
• Installing and servicing outdoor electrical signage
• Responsible for tail gate meetings
• Responsible filling out JSA and Post forms
• Delegating tasks to installers and helpers
• Preparing the site for installation by removing old signage, preparing the surface or structure, securing the electrical connections etc.
• Installing and servicing: gas stations signage, channel letters, pylon signs, sign bases, sign boxes, custom lighting, and neon.
• Mounting and installing the signs in accordance with all safety protocols
• Clearing debris and materials from the site after each installation
• Performing maintenance and repairs to signs as needed
• Operating and maintaining the tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols

Sign Installer Requirements:

• Valid DZ Drivers License with excellent abstract
• Good knowledge of various types of signs including vinyl, channel letters, electrical signs, and LED message boards 
• A sound understanding of the applicable installation methods, materials, and safety measures.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (i.e. navigation, messaging, email, camera)
• Zoom Boom, bucket truck and scissor lift operator experience
• Electrical experience
• Extensive hand and power tool experience
• Working at Heights
• Must be motivated to: learn new methods, work long hours and be out of town for 20% of the time.
