 Position Responsibilities

- Verify and validate business requirements using prototyping techniques  traceability matrices  as well as the definition of scenarios and test cases.

- Analyze  profile data.

- Understanding business requirements and priorities  write user stories  groom product and sprint back log with the team.

- Work with architects  developers and testers during the development of the solution.

- Support the development of solutions and the performed analysis.

- Participate in test activities with business and IT.

- Conduct impact assessments and effort estimates for approving and documenting the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.

- Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile BI  SDLC  SCRUM  Kanban).

- Knowledge of writing user stories  understanding business priorities and sizing of user stories

- Familiar with Source to Target Mapping (one to one  Multiple sources to single target  Single source to multiple targets)

- Expertise in data behaviour analysis and profiling.

- Experience and knowledge in databases like Oracle and Snowflake.

- Experience and application knowledge in the insurance field. Insurance certification is a plus.

- Knowledge in data modeling.

- Very good communication skills  spoken and written  with IT management as well as with our business partners and our management team.

- Able to work independently and as a team.

- Team-oriented and demonstrates collaborative skills.
