Job Description

• Participate in requirement gathering discussions with business stakeholders and translate the requirements into corresponding ETL/ELT specifications.
• Review and work closely with development team in ensuring product is developed with all the specifications delivered in a timely and quality manner.
• Responsible to ensure design of the product is appropriate to achieve the business and IT objective defined at the beginning of product development.
• Review the requirements gathered with business and IT stakeholders and follow up for necessary approvals.
• Based on requirements gathered, analyze source system data-model and identify the entities and attributes that needs to be considered for extraction and transformation purposes.
• Work closely with SMEs and technical team to understand the target values expected and various data scenarios that needs to be handled before loading the transformed data into Guidewire.
• Closely work with offshore team during IST overlapping hours and perform the necessary coordination activities.
• Work with IT stakeholders of customer and provide periodic updates on the progress made.
• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• Experienced in leading the requirements gathering, data analysis, supporting business teams as part of UAT in an end to end data warehouse/ETL based project.
• Excellent working knowledge and Technical Skills in SQL, data analysis, profiling and Informatica(preferred). 
• Experienced in Insurance domain.
