Lead Business Analyst Profile:
- Work with Digital leaders as an SME and help them traverse their transformation journey based on functional skills in Digital, customer experience and emerging technologies (AI / Automation). Drive consultative engagements, with an objective to position leading customer engagement / automation & AI suite of solutions and services in line with client’s strategy.
- Analyse and investigate clients business, procedures and process environments through consultative approaches and identify potential technology intervention areas to remove inefficiencies
- Assist Digital leaders envision transformation roadmaps and help realize the same with technology solutions in areas ranging from Omni Channel Digital Experience, Digital Commerce, AI & Process Automation and Analytics.
- Functional expert in value based up sell and cross sell new solutions, identify intervention areas/use cases for application of Digital and AI in the context of the client’s business and technology roadmap
- Be the central reference point for all functional aspects of a solution and use data/process modelling techniques to create and document clear functional specifications for solutions being implemented
- Enable creation of CXO buy-in at customer organizations and consulted/guided key stakeholders towards a business roadmap – thus enabling growth and staying engaged to ensure client success
- Champion design thinking workshops, network models, process maps, drive to-be state architectures, conduct and structure envisioning workshops, roadmap definition for phased implementation of solutions
- Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions and be integral part of project steering counsel, work with customer implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery, applying project management principles and best practices
- Enable continuous adoption, training and enablement of team members on the solution being implemented.
