Prime Meats is a butcher shop in Mt.Roskill, with amazing team members and lovely customers. We are currently looking for casual knife hand & assistant butchers who is willing to initiate work and able to multi-task.

We are currently looking for knife hands with flexible shifts. The hours of work, days will be discussed during the interview. 

The duties of the job will mainly be assisting the butchers for cutting & packingthe meat. You will be able to work based on the priorities which is needed for wholesale clients and retail shops (i.e., cut for what needs to be cut for the shop).

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be an enthusiast who is willing to learn and be a team player
• Have highly competent knife handling skills and good accuracy
• Work based on the priorities
• Able to lift heavy things (be physically fit and reliable)
• Work and win as a team but also able to work independently and follow instructions
• Work on weekends
