Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience B2B sales management, with 5 years’ Key Account management experience is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Admin, Commerce • Previous experience in packaging and/or food industries is desired with a background in development and delivery of strong team management skills • Strong Key Account Management skill/experience. • Highly knowledgeable on the food industry market in Thailand
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Accountable for Key Account Management in Thailand and supporting other countries if the customers have operation. • Managing the progress of business/sales projects, and deliverable of each project. • Lead the account managers to achieve the sales target
• Research and identify new business opportunities including, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
• Generate leads and identify potential Strategic Account sales opportunities
• Gain business at target new account
• Understand the needs of customers and be able to response effectively with a plan how to meet these. • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. • Profitability / margin improvement programs • Tender preparation, analysis & support • Analyzing customer and competitor strategy
• Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop the business.
• Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes. • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
