Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The opportunity
The Advisor, Learning and Development, is a member of the People & Capability team. Together with the Senior Advisor, Learning and Development, they will be responsible for supporting and coordinating a wide range of training, learning, and development initiatives and programmes to Te Puni KÅkiri kaimahi from across the organisation. This role works closely with their team, Te Puni KÅkiri managers and kaimahi to ensure that activity meets requirements of Te Puni KÅkiri, supporting a high functioning organisation. They maintain strong connections with Ara KaiÄrahitanga - Leadership Development Centre (LDC), cross agency HR teams and training facilitators.
