MŠte tūnga | The role
Te tÄ«ma Oranga Me NgÄ Whare Noho (the Wellbeing and Housing team) is seeking a Statistical and Data Analyst with an interest in wellbeing data, a desire to build data analysis skills, and a can-do attitude to join a passionate, supportive, and high-performing team.
The role will contribute to all stages of the General Social Survey from content design to data collection, all the way through to the release and beyond. Working with other team members, you will support key work through data analysis, quality assurance testing and developing insights. You will contribute to the wider work of the team, which includes responsibility for Te Kupenga (the MÄori Social Survey) and subject matter expertise in housing, homelessness, and wellbeing.
Starting salary: $66,819 - $78,610 depending on skills and experience.
Location: Wellington preferred, but other locations considered.
