The Role

You will be a customer service expert, working with the Kahuvet team to provide a great customer experience . 

• The role is 40 hours, full-time Monday to Friday. Shifts start at between 7.30am to 9.00am, finishing at 4.00pm to 5.00pm

Responsibilities

• Respond to Customer Enquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Work with team experts to provide technical product support.
• Arrange loan and demonstration products
• Assist with a range of projects such as Continuing Education Events

Skills and Experience

• Be motivated with a good work Ethic
• Be physically fit and able to work in a busy workplace
• Enjoy working within a team that prioritises customer experience
• Enjoy customer interaction
• Have good written and spoken English
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
