Junior Medical Receptionist 

Orthocentre is a specialist private practice made up of 5 orthopaedic surgeons who provide excellence in sports injuries, fracture management and joint replacement surgery.

We are looking for a full time junior medical receptionist to join our fast paced specialist practice. 

You will be working within a team environment which is highly energetic, positive and dedicated to the productivity of our practice. We pride ourselves on patient care and satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming and bubbly energy in the office at all times. 

Your role will start at the front desk meeting and greeting our patients, answering phone and email enquiries as well as booking appointments and coordinating theatre lists and hospital admission. 

We are looking for someone who would like to develop their skills and grow with our business. You will be required to have excellent communication skills, multitasking, organisational, time management skills and ability to work under pressure. A high level of attention to detail is crucial for this role. You will need to be passionate about learning the business and building a relationship with our patients and specialists. 

Office hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm

No experience is required just the desire and commitment to learn and develop with the business.
