What is the opportunity?
As a Junior Associate Program Manager, you will fill a critical role by assisting the Head and Senior Program Managers of the Fee Based and Managed Solutions Group in the implementation of strategic initiatives and support. You will assist to help drive growth in fee-based strategies, service the Advisors, Associates and Branches with any inquiries, support and administer all fee based programs and be a point of escalation for the Managed Solutions Consultants. You will also collaborate with various organizational groups internally and externally to ensure relationships are established and maintained to protect and grow the fee based programs.
What will you do?
• Work with team members to ensure project specifications are clear, develop critical success factors and assist team members in developing roadmaps and monitor project roadmaps
• Escalate issues to ensure appropriate adjustments to the plans, resources or user expectations
• Work with team members to execute plans for program changes and enhancements
• Provide analyst support, data mining and reporting support for each product
• Provide servicing support and act as escalation resource for servicing requests
• Responsible for gathering information required for quarterly management tracking
• Responsible for providing administration support for the Head, Senior Program Managers and Programs
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC)
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Excellent experience in project management and ability to deal with multiple competing priorities
• Strong self-directed team player with a bias for action and ability to have strategic influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
Nice to have
• Bilingual French, spoken and written
