Part-time Position for an Junior Administration Assistant has become available within a busy and friendly accounting firm on the Mornington Peninsula.
As the first point of contact, the successful applicant will be approachable, well presented and possess excellent communication skills and phone manner.
As a very busy workplace, particularly during the tax season, the successful applicant must be able to multitask, work well under pressure and take direction.
Providing efficient admin support for the whole team, you must have proficiency in IT programmes such as Word, Excel & Outlook, plus strong spelling and fast typing skills.
Office Administration duties include but are not limited to:
Part time 9am - 5pm 3 days per week. Extra hours during tax season (July-September) may be required.
