The position

We are currently looking for a Full Time Accounts Payable to join our Finance team located at our beautiful rural setting in Rouse Hill.

This is a hands on role and will involve providing efficient, accurate and timely service within our accounting department, as well as dealing with daily proactive administrative duties. You will be driven and attentive to detail, as this position will be involved with:

• Input of invoices in the accounts payable system
• Data entry of journals
• Exception resolution on PO system
• Reconciliation of suppler statements 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Local candidate with formal TAFE or Degree qualifications will be highly regarded.
