Schlumberger is looking for a Job Delivery Lead for Wireline Services.

 

The Job Delivery Lead is responsible for directing the field employee in safe, reliable, and efficient product and service delivery. The Job Delivery Lead is also responsible for driving customer satisfaction and service quality while ensuring an efficient cost structure and drives field employee progression through competency development and performance evaluation.This person collaborates with the Product Service Delivery (PSD) Manager for job life cycle
support including technical and incident management and ensures systematic usage of standard work and risk management throughout the service delivery process. The Job Delivery Lead provides visibility regarding crew and associated functions’ SQ performance and improvement opportunities and is responsible for the COSD (i.e.resource consumption)

 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identifies service category and sign off on staffing model (multiskilling, remote operations,
    crew size)
  • Verifies projected resource plan (assets, products, and workforce)
  • Manages PSD risk life cycle for low- and medium-risk and short-term high-riskjobs
  • Reviews and approves technical job program
  • Performs, consolidates, and analyzes JRAs and generate exemptions and MOCs as needed
  • Conducts pre- and post job briefs for every job. Discusses and communicates risks and controls to field personnel
  • Manages incident life cycle for medium- and low severity incidents, escalating as needed, and conduct incident response and recovery
  • Assists PSD Manager in incident investigation, validation of results, and reviews
  • Manages service delivery process to exceed customer expectations
  • Manages quality control of all field deliverables
  • Ensures customer acceptance of service delivery
  • Ensures support to other functional processes with proper handoffs at key interfaces
  • Performs field operations as required
  • Manages crew competency and assists PSD Manager and FDE in crew training and career progression

 

Additional Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Reside in Australia and have the full right to live and work in Australia

No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, or relevant discipline 

Experience: Min 3 yrs of experience in Wireline operation (Land or Offshore)

Good personnel skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer skills and ability to learn new software

Can work in a high-pressure, learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations

Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential

Available to start as soon as possible

Schlumberger execution software (Maxwell, WorkRight, WInchSafe)

Schlumberger design software (Tool Planner, SPAN)

Petrophysics tools (HILT, CMR, FMI, OBMI, Quanta Geo)

Formation testing tools (MDT, Dual Packer)

Acoustic tools (MAST, DSST)

Seismic services

Coring services (MSCT and XL Rock)

Perforation services

High tension conveyance

Tractor conveyance

Plug and packer services

Course : PEPTEC 1/2/3, HSE-2, OFS-3
