Roles/Responsibilities:

• Trouble Shooting Incidents (Production Support)
• Lead discussions on technical requirements
• Database Concepts (RDBMS or NoSQL), Oracle
• Code management and version control using Git
• Service-oriented architecture/web services (SOAP/REST), Knowledge on web applications, web servers, HTTP protocols etc.
• Estimation Technology, prioritize, plan, and coordinate on SDLC
• SCM Tools, CI Tools, Agile methodology

 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Java developer
• Experience in J2EE
• Good Understanding on JDBC/Spring/Microservices/Hibernate/ Struts, Spring boot, Markup languages like XML and JSON
• Design Experience/Design Patterns, Review and Coding Skills (Development Project)
• Experience in Support engagements, Understanding of Incidents, Service Request, Change Management, Problem Tickets, ITSM Tool usage etc.
• Prior experience in insurance industry – Life / P&C
• Experience in working with Test management and Issue management tools like ALM, Zephr, JIRA
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members
