Job Description:

• Resource should be a good Java  Resource and should be well aware of XML. 
• As an Onshore coordinator he/ she would be involved in Requirement Analysis phase with client and business team 
• He/She should be able to guide offshore team in Design, Coding and Unit Testing for Various Enhancement tasks and Bug-fix as per the project requirement. 
• Resource is also required to review the offshore deliverables before sharing to client. 
• He /She be able to co-ordination with client for various project specific and development tasks. 
• He/She should be able to attend status meeting and provide status of the current projects. 
• He/She should be able to highlight project risks well in advance and negotiate with stakeholders in case needed.
• Nice to have prior experience in Life and Annuity Domain
• Nice to have prior experience in Mainframe skills
• Nice to have Vantage/wmA product experience
• Open to learn new technologies and domain concepts
