The Role

We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to oversee, plan and implement software roll-out(s) company-wide (including but not limited to Happy Tenant across the UAE) and continued maintenance and improvements in existing, ongoing projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Systems administration – maintaining system compliance, user management, incident resolution and ad-hoc request implementations
• Data migration between previous and newly implemented Property Management software
• Assisting with App development, as well as inputting data/analysis across different systems
• Staff trainings – routine mandatory trainings for new staff or workflows with existing staff, scheduling workshops across departments for brainstorming/feedback reviews
• Documentation – compiling various internal documents to fulfil a variety of purposes, such as process workflows, step-by-step visual guides and usage manuals

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in Property Management and to an extent Client Accounting in Property Management would be preferred
• Open to fresh graduates, preferably from an IT/Computer Science/Engineering discipline 
• Proficient in various Microsoft Office apps (365 suite) - not only limited to Word/Excel/PowerPoint, but experience with Access and/or Power apps and Macro worksheets
• General computer skills, with broad IT knowledge and/or awareness and basic internet technologies knowledge (HTML/CSS and database management) would be beneficial 
• Adaptability and quick-learning skills, to perceive in-depth the various operating procedures within different teams
• Problem-solving skills to handle and resolve inquiries from multiple departments
• Gentle approach and hospitality to new/existing users on any platform
• Proficient language writing/composition skills, to aide with the various documentation tasks required, as well as maintaining clear/unambiguous official communications
• Attention to detail, ensuring information is consistently and accurately updated 
• Good verbal skills to relay/translate concepts and instructions concisely across to users
• Comfortable with remote-working requirements and travel across the country (Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi) as required
