As an Infrastructure Obsolescence Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting application and infrastructure managers in establishing action plans to remediate obsolescence, participating in governance with the teams, updating data and automating repetitive actions and reports. This position reports to the Director, Vulnerability, Obsolescence and Database Management.

Your main challenges

- Be well organized in your work methods and follow-up

- Establish collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders

- Review systems and work processes in order to improve them and ensure their profitability and stability

- Interact with managers/employees to provide advisory support and ensure understanding

Your profile:

- Completion of a three year professional college degree or academic equivalent, related to the business area, and five years of relevant experience

- Ensure compliance with cross-functional change, incident and problem processes

- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure

- Knowledge of architecture principles

- Knowledge of ITIL processes

- Good communicator

- Leadership and initiative (scrum master skills)

- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Safe or others

- Advanced knowledge of Office tools

- Autonomous

- Ability to work in a team

- Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English
