Job Description

The role
Based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining a suite of products to enable APM frontline employees to meet the mission of APM and help the person who needs help. You will coach, guide and support junior team members as needed and be that Senior resource within the team.


You’ll be involved with learning about and using emerging technologies to create software for internal use and to support APM internal customers with a variety of projects and products including:

  • 6 main case management systems
  • Integrations and APIs across the business
  • Bespoke applications
  • Enhancing APM’s Azure footprint


What you’ll bring
Focussing on quality deliverables, you have worked in a pragmatic agile environment and understand that team collaboration is the key to delivering successful daily outputs.


You will have:

  • Advanced client development skills in at least one of the following HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React.JS, JQuery, Knockout etc)
  • In depth experience in full stack projects including C# .Net development OR SQL Server or similar large-scale relational databases OR Microsoft Entity Framework OR Web API OR Unit testing and test-driven development.
  • Experience with Cloud based development and deployment, especially within Azure
  • A solutions mindset
  • Capability to impart your knowledge to junior developers
