Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end ownership and management of all technology third party arrangements for Client Onboarding and CRM, which includes securing approvals for new outsourcing / insourcing and cross border clearance arrangements required for the region, completing third party due diligence requirements and annual due diligence process and ensuring the required evidences are maintained centrally. The person is able to independently lead and drive the approvals for initiatives for Client Onboarding and CRM with minimal guidance, and proactively manage risks. Able to collaborate well with various senior stakeholders such as legal, compliance, finance, BISO, TISO and the country outsourcing committee, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership and management of all Citi Private Bank technology third party arrangements for Client Onboarding and CRM, which includes securing approvals for new outsourcing / insourcing, updates the register to ensure accurate information, and handle any outsourcing committee’ requests
- Understand and guide technology teams on TPM Policy, Standards, procedures, practices and Outsourcing and Third Party requirements in country regulations
- Regularly engage with second and third line partners to ensure regulatory compliance and proactive risk management practices as required
- Drive change and challenge existing process for improvement
- Ensure third party due diligence requirements are met and timely completion of the annual due diligence process. Ensure the required evidences are maintained centrally.
- Reviews the cross border clearance arrangements assigned to CPB Country Area Contact, and work with ICRM and the initiative owner to clear the cross border requirements required for the region
- Reports status of the new/updates of third party arrangements to the required stakeholders, and highlight risk if any
- Provides guidance/advice to BAO and BAO support in the third party arrangements process.
- Completes the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) for the third party processes in Operations.
- Supports the planning/structuring/monitoring initiatives assigned and risk management of regulatory projects including SDLC artifacts across an active regulatory book of work, and committed business critical milestones.

Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience with outsourcing and third party management, experience/good understanding of the TPM Policy and Standards and the TPM Life Cycle phases; good knowledge of Citi’s policies and procedures desirable
- Proactive approach to risk management, exhibits strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, operate in an ambiguous environment and demonstrates flexibility in adapting to change
- Highly motivated and self-directed; a self-initiator who works productively when unsupervised and able to multitask across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong impact and influencing skills, has the confidence and ability to convincingly structure, summaries, defend and present recommendation

- Proficient in MS Office applications ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
