Reporting to the Manager, Telecommunications Management, you will act as a project manager and deliver IT environments to branches and the head office alike. Being a project manager means working in a dynamic environment where you can excel and work in close collaboration with several Bank sectors. Your primary mission will be to deliver mandates related to several aspects of IT including telecommunications, video conference rooms, UPSs, security cameras, telephony, etc.

Specifically, your role on the team will be to: 

•    Take the lead on large-scale projects in your role as an IT project manager, working closely with the property management project leader
•    Manage the business relationship with internal partners to ensure sound project management
•    Work closely with different IT stakeholders who play a key role in the delivery of various mandates
•    Implement some of the elements to be configured when the situation permits
•    Promote the sector’s tools and incorporate the Bank’s best practices for project management

Your profile:
•    A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 7 years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience
•    PMP certification, an asset
•    Significant experience managing IT infrastructure projects, particularly telecommunications
•    Experience in the financial services sector, an asset
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels (technical, senior management, etc.)
•    Discipline, autonomy, results-oriented
•    Available to travel in Canada (mainly in Quebec)
•    Verbal and written communication skills
•    Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
