As a part of our IT Operations Analyst team, you will:

• Research and work independently on ad-hoc projects by leveraging Splunk, Google G Suite tools and Workload Automation

• Learn about & ensure the effective operation of the systems environment through monitoring and resolving technical issues related to IT Infrastructure

• Working closely with a mentor and perform 2nd level technical support and problem solving for all Data Center systems to ensure the Colgate business is not impacted

• Supporting areas to include database, SAP, Unix, Linux, Windows, GCP and exposed to NT, WAN, LAN, Cisco systems​​​​​​​

• Participating in daily operations such as tape backups, libraries, SAP recycles, printer setups, and KPI reporting

• Working independently with staff in Shared Service Organizations (SSO's) to ensure that information is shared quickly and accurately to all appropriate groups

• Working in teams to complete business and project goals

Internship Requirements

• Minimum 2.8 GPA

• Student Currently enrolled in bachelor’s (any year) or graduate program

• Pursuing major in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business/IT Systems Management or related fields.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Flexible schedule, available a minimum of 20 hours per week with opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.
